Lovely restaurant - visited here many times during my stay at Scheggino. One of the cheaper restaurants in town that still serves wonderful food. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Lots of outdoor seating as well as indoor.

highly recommended While wandering around Scheggino, a medieval village in the Nerina valley famous for its truffles, we stumbled upon this bar-restaurant which was surprising for the quality of its products, but above all for the kindness and professionalism of the staff. When we went in to have a coffee in the late morning, we immediately noticed a well-stocked dessert counter, all home-made and very inviting. So the coffee was accompanied by a delicious strudel, all served by two guys who spared no effort in describing their work and their home made products, including the dried fruit that attracted our attention.Once out we took a walk near the canal and inside the town, we saw the Urbani truffle museum and moved on to Spello and Rasiglia... not happy, before returning home we decided to return for dinner... and we did very well... omelette with truffles, truffle bigoli and a second of the house strudel, all washed down with an excellent local red wine. The marinated trout in salad was also excellent and the service was impeccable. We will return to taste the truffle carbonara.I highly recommend it thanks guys!

First time I come to visit Scheggino with two friends. They took us to this restaurant and I must say that we were very pleased.Cozy place with walls completely exposed to the outside... very beautiful canal with garden.I ate a wonderful platter of cured meats, bruschetta and cheeses... just the right quantity and excellent flavors and quality of products. Then I had the strangozzi with porcini mushrooms and truffles....EXCELLENT.And to finish an excellent homemade tiramisu.I had a really good time..! Thank you..! We'll be back.

If you want to have dinner and take the fresh air, escaping from the summer heat of the city, the place is the right one.We had dinner outside, although the place was almost close to the water, I did not encounter any problems with insects during the meal, which is not to be taken for granted. We took the strangozzi with trout, simple... and cooked well, a medium-cooked cut, cooked just right and very tender, accompanied by 2 sautéed chicory and excellent 24 carat caber beer.Excellent variety of desserts (strong point), our choice fell on the Spoleto crescenda, a good end to the meal.

Beautiful recently renovated bar with an enchanting position from which you can admire and be lulled by the Scheggino stream. It is open practically all day so we were able to enjoy their breakfasts, ice creams and above all a spectacular aperitif with excellent quality cured meats and cheeses, tasty and original bruschettas but, a special praise is in order for the superb bartender who prepared two spectacular pink ladies for us. The girls at the counter are always smiling and ready to give valuable advice.
